Terms for using AgriTech.tr

AgriTech.tr provides agricultural technology research, requirement definition, technical comparison, and managed sourcing coordination. Public pages help users understand technologies and define requirements; they are not a complete statement of current supplier or commercial conditions.

Features may change as the service develops. Access to a page or workflow does not promise that a supplier, product, configuration, or project route will be available.

Unless a profile explicitly says otherwise and is backed by a current record, a public listing is a buying guide, sourcing specification, research profile, or complete-solution outline—not live inventory, a supplier quotation, or an offer to sell.

Supplier identity, origin, availability, final configuration, performance claims, certifications, warranties, service coverage, price, tax, lead time, delivery, and contract conditions must be confirmed during sourcing. Images may be illustrative.

After a brief is submitted, AgriTech.tr may review it, request clarification, research relevant suppliers, normalize information for comparison, and coordinate approved next steps. The buyer controls whether anonymized outreach may occur and whether identity may be disclosed.

Research or a shortlist does not guarantee that a supplier will respond, pass due diligence, meet a requirement, hold a particular certification, or issue an acceptable quotation.

Companies connected to Türkiye may introduce themselves for review. An introduction does not create an account, supplier dashboard, public profile, listing right, access to buyer requests, or permission to contact buyers directly. Supplier onboarding does not grant contributor access.

AgriTech.tr may accept, decline, qualify, contact, or close an introduction at its discretion. Joining or being reviewed does not guarantee publication, introductions, leads, quotations, representation, exclusivity, or commercial results. AgriTech.tr remains the coordinator of any approved next step.

AgriTech.tr does not claim to manufacture, certify, audit, guarantee, insure, endorse, or represent a listed supplier unless a specific current record states and supports that role. Supplier-provided claims remain supplier claims even when presented for comparison.

A quotation, order, warranty, delivery commitment, or contract applies only when its named parties expressly accept the applicable document. Engagement-specific documents may add or replace terms for that engagement.

Only submit material you are allowed to share. Do not submit confidential third-party information, unlawful material, deceptive claims, malware, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Editorial review, correction, formatting, translation, source checking, rejection, unpublishing, or removal may be applied to protect accuracy, safety, and usefulness. Submission does not guarantee publication.

Original site structure and editorial material may be protected by applicable rights. Supplier names, trademarks, product names, documents, and third-party images remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and any displayed source or license terms.

Citations and public-source links are provided for context. Their presence does not transfer rights or establish affiliation, endorsement, or verification beyond what the listing evidence states.
