A supplier introduction may include a contact name and position, company details, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, Türkiye connection, technology categories, export readiness, markets, contact reason, and a capability summary. AgriTech.tr uses this information to review the company, qualify its relevance to the managed network, and contact the company personally.

Supplier introductions do not request marketing consent; marketing consent is recorded as false. Qualified network relationships remain active until they are manually closed so the team can coordinate relevant future opportunities. Declined and closed records become eligible for the configured retention purge, subject to security, dispute, and legal record needs.

Internal review, anonymized supplier outreach, and disclosure of the buyer’s identity are separate controls. Anonymized outreach is used only when that permission has been granted. Buyer identity or direct contact details are not disclosed to a potential supplier unless the buyer has explicitly authorized that disclosure.

The permissions selected on the sourcing brief apply to that request. Contact AgriTech.tr and provide the request reference if you want to change them for future activity; a change cannot retract information already shared through a previously approved action.

The sourcing brief is not intended for highly sensitive documents. If supporting material is needed later, AgriTech.tr will agree an appropriate channel and sharing scope with you.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical information, or unrelated confidential material.

Completed or closed sourcing records may be removed or anonymized after the configured retention period, subject to security, dispute, and legal record needs. Account information is retained while the account remains active and as needed to close it safely.
