What “top” means here
This is not an official ranking, quality award, government endorsement, investment recommendation or procurement decision. Companies are presented alphabetically. “Top” describes a researched shortlist format; it does not place the companies in a best-to-worst performance order.
Quick answer
This revised guide prioritises Türkiye-headquartered greenhouse manufacturers, structural contractors and genuine turnkey integrators. Trading-only candidates and weakly traceable businesses were removed. Four selected companies are based in Central Anatolia—two in Ankara and two in Konya—and two additional inland specialists operate from Sandıklı in Afyonkarahisar, where geothermal greenhouse engineering is directly relevant. The Mediterranean and Marmara clusters remain strongly represented because they contain much of Türkiye’s established greenhouse fabrication, installation and protected-cultivation expertise.
The list is designed around Türkiye’s interests in domestic engineering, industrial fabrication, planned agricultural production, geothermal heat use, efficient water and energy management, regional service capacity and export-ready project delivery. Regional preference does not replace evidence: each company still needs a verifiable role, location and current project or production basis.
Türkiye’s greenhouse priorities and the inland production opportunity
Türkiye’s 2026 Public Investment Program covers 14 organised agricultural-zone projects and plans greenhouse infrastructure over 18,841 decares. Current public programmes also include major geothermal greenhouse initiatives and planned inland projects. These investments create demand not only for steel structures, but also for engineering adapted to snow, wind, seismic loads, heating demand, thermal screening, water treatment, drainage, recirculation, automation and long-term service.
Central Anatolia should not receive copied coastal greenhouse designs. A project in Ankara, Konya, Kayseri, Yozgat or another inland province normally requires explicit cold-climate assumptions, heating-source analysis, snow-load verification, frost protection and realistic winter energy modelling. Geothermal projects additionally require heat-exchanger design, corrosion control, reinjection interfaces and clear responsibility between the greenhouse contractor and geothermal-infrastructure operator.
How this guide was prepared
This independent AgriTech.tr editorial selection is based on publicly verifiable information available through 18 July 2026. The original slug, article title, publication status, category and cover-image metadata were retained.
Eligibility and selection method
- Confirm a Türkiye-headquartered company, contracting entity or traceable public brand.
- Verify current greenhouse-structure manufacturing, construction, engineering or substantive turnkey integration.
- Exclude foreign-headquartered groups selected only because they have a Turkish office, subsidiary, distributor or project.
- Do not treat association membership, a legal-name phrase or a dealer network as proof of manufacturing.
- Separate structural manufacturing, construction, climate engineering, irrigation, automation, hydroponics and project-management roles.
- Give additional weight to Ankara, Konya and inland geothermal capability where the evidence is comparable, without treating geography as proof of quality.
- Prefer recent official, company-published and institutional sources; label company claims and state the evidence boundary.
- Present qualifying companies alphabetically rather than creating a false performance ranking.
Capability map inside the revised shortlist

Greenhouse and turnkey-project checklist
A credible offer should integrate structural safety, crop climate, water, energy, automation, commissioning and after-sales responsibility—not merely provide a steel-frame price.
- Define responsibility for feasibility, permits, geotechnical work, foundations, drainage, utilities, structure, covering, climate, irrigation, fertigation, automation, commissioning and agronomic support.
- Require site-specific structural calculations for wind, snow, seismic conditions, suspended loads, corrosion exposure and the applicable standards.
- For Central Anatolia, test the winter design temperature, snowfall, thermal-screen strategy, boiler or geothermal capacity, backup heat and annual energy assumptions.
- For geothermal projects, define the heat exchanger, water chemistry, corrosion protection, reinjection boundary, pumping energy, backup heat and metering responsibility.
- Review crop and climate assumptions covering temperature, humidity, solar radiation, ventilation, heating, cooling and dehumidification.
- Review water analysis, storage, filtration, disinfection, nutrient dosing, drainage collection, recirculation and discharge management.
- Require factory and site acceptance plans, fabrication traceability, coating specifications, bolt and connection schedules, as-built drawings and software access.
- Visit comparable completed projects and speak directly with operators about winter performance, faults, yield stability, spare parts and service response.
- Put measurable stage gates, completion criteria, warranty start dates, change-order rules and remedies for delay or non-performance in the contract.
- Confirm who owns design files, control-system passwords, source data and remote-access rights after handover.
