This is not an official ranking, quality award, government endorsement, investment recommendation or procurement decision. Companies are presented alphabetically. “Top” describes a researched shortlist format; it does not place the companies in a best-to-worst performance order.

The AgriTech.tr Research Desk reviewed 15 Türkiye-headquartered greenhouse companies with documented multi-system delivery capability. The revised shortlist gives more weight to domestic engineering, structural manufacturing, commissioning responsibility and inland applicability. Seven companies have a headquarters, factory or substantial operating anchor in Ankara, Konya, Aksaray or Afyonkarahisar.

A “turnkey” label is not accepted on its own. The buyer must establish whether one contracting entity is actually responsible for feasibility, structural design, civil interfaces, fabrication, climate, irrigation, fertigation, automation, energy systems, installation, testing, training and crop handover. Some entries are full greenhouse contractors; others are manufacturer-led or specialist package suppliers whose scope must be combined contractually with other parties.

Every profile links to a company-published or institutional source. Company claims are not presented as independent outcomes, and manufactured, procured, represented and subcontracted systems are separated wherever the public evidence allows.

Türkiye’s production interests and the Central Anatolian opportunity

Modern greenhouse investment can support planned production, domestic machinery and component demand, rural employment, exportable engineering and more controlled use of water, fertiliser and energy. Central Anatolia and nearby inland provinces are particularly relevant because large agricultural areas, organised agricultural zones, geothermal resources and logistics corridors can support new protected-cultivation capacity.

Inland projects also impose stricter engineering requirements than a standard Mediterranean greenhouse. Snow and wind loads, low winter design temperatures, heating redundancy, thermal screens, insulation, geothermal-water chemistry, corrosion, reinjection, water treatment, backup power and remote service must be resolved before construction. A coastal reference is useful only when the supplier can demonstrate that the design was recalculated for the destination climate and crop.

Turnkey greenhouse and EPC buyer checklist

Build a responsibility matrix before comparing price. The contract should identify one accountable party for every interface and define measurable acceptance tests.

Confirm the contracting legal entity, beneficial ownership, factory location and authority to bind subcontractors.
Require site-specific structural calculations for wind, snow, seismic loads, crop loads, hanging gutters, equipment, corrosion and local rules.
